Jessica Jones

Jessica oversees the design and implementation of CareAcademy’s processes for measuring caregiver and care recipient outcomes.
As an experienced long-term care researcher, she is passionate about linking better quality care and care experiences for older adults to the social supports that lend them and their families the support needed to allow them to better age-in-place.
Before joining CareAcademy, Jessica served as an assistant project manager for a multi-million dollar CMS evaluation for a nursing facility initiative, while also being a contributor to various qualitative and quantitative research teams. Jessica earned her undergraduate degree in Math and Political Science from Emory University.
